We are pleased to continue to offer our expert contact lens care service. Its never been easier to incorporate contact lenses into your lifestyle with virtual care appointments, home deliveries and direct debit payments.
If you are an existing Direct Debit customer, and have your lenses delivered, you don’t need to take any action, this will continue as normal. If you have a Direct Debit but normally collect in store, your lenses will now be delivered to your home.
If you normally order lenses as and when you need them but would like to change to a regular delivery we can arrange this no problem, just email contactlenses@duncanandtodd.com (including usual branch and DOB so we can identify your records quickly)
We have a variety of packages to suit all lifestyles from direct debits for regular deliveries to health packages for those who like to order as and when they need. simply email contactlenses@duncanandtodd.com to find out more and match a package to suit your needs.

We are pleased to introduce virtual contact lens care appointments. A virtual appointment means you can discuss your contact lens usage, comfort, vision and health to ensure your lenses are the most appropriate for you with your contact lens practitioner at your convenience with no need to visit the branch. Simply email your local branch to arrange.
If you have symptoms or noticed a change in comfort we recommend you call your local branch to make an in-branch appointment.
